Does lifestyle matter?

As much as we like to think our everyday habits like our sleep routine, exercise (or lack of), hydration and stress levels don’t impact our health, unfortunately they do. In fact, I consider these everyday lifestyle choices as being equally important as the fuel (our food choices) we put into our bodies, in terms of how they perpetuate or mitigate good health. So, rather than telling you what you should be doing, I want to share some thoughts about how you can make small, doable changes in your everyday lifestyle habits that will support your ‘return to health’ journey.
