As much as we like to think our everyday habits like our sleep routine, exercise (or lack of), hydration and stress levels don’t impact our health, unfortunately they do. In fact, I consider these everyday lifestyle choices as being equally important as the fuel (our food choices) we put into our bodies, in terms of how they perpetuate or mitigate good health.
